Dana’s goal is to help you maximize your health and performance through an individualized diet and exercise plan. She believes that one alone is not enough, but the two combined will help you be your best self.
Her experience ranges from working with people just starting an exercise routine to to elite athletes in a variety of sports at high school, collegiate, and professional levels. She excels at providing sport specific education as well as focusing in on the small details that can take a patient’s performance to the next level. Her strength is in meeting her clients where they are at, and through a step-by-step process, providing them with guidance to be at their best.
Dana’s thorough assessment of your body composition will help you to set realistic weight and body fat goals. Her focus on easy-to-understand dietary information will support you in achieving those goals.
She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and went on to study Nutrition and Physical Performance at Saint Louis University where she completed her dietetic internship and received her Master’s Degree. She is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Dana is currently working towards her board certification as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics.
Dana currently lives in Fort Collins with her boyfriend and two dogs. She enjoys playing volleyball, weightlifting, and participating in CrossFit in her free time. She is an avid traveler and is always seeking to be doing something fun! If not outside, she spends her time trying to perfect new gluten-free recipes.
