Lacey Gabrielle

Lacey is a recent graduate in the field of dietetics and is excited to begin working with dietitians in the community. She believes that good nutrition is foundational to overall health and can make powerful changes in the lives of individuals and families. Lacey holds a B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado as well as a B.A. in Integrative Physiology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her future goal is to complete a dietetic internship and become a Registered Dietitian.

In her spare time, Lacey volunteers at the Community Food Share in Louisville, CO, which distributes food to low-income families and elderly individuals in the local area. She loves to play sand volleyball and experience the Colorado mountains while hiking, snow-shoeing, and snowboarding.
