Stacy Beeson has a passion for helping people live their best lives. She is a strong believer in the power of healthy eating combined with a positive mindset.

She has over 20 years of experience working with individuals using evidence-based, patient-centered nutrition therapy. Stacy is an expert on Diabetes and holds an advanced credential as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). She excels at giving her patients easy to understand nutrition information that will fit into their everyday lives. Stacy joined the Nutrition Dynamix team in 2021.

Stacy works with people of all ages and holds a specialty certificate in Adult and Pediatric Weight Management through the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her strength is her innate ability to connect with people and be a supportive team member to help patients work towards improved health.

With a personal love for health and outdoor living, she spends her spare time hiking, running, adventure travelling and camping in the Rocky Mountains and beyond with her family.

She graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Dakota and over her career worked in large medical centers in the areas of wellness, diabetes, cardiovascular rehab, adult and pediatric lifestyle management programs and spent years as the “Community Dietitian” hosting weekly radio and television segments.

As a foundation for behavior change, Stacy takes a personalized approach to health and healing for all patients and has helped thousands of individuals thrive on their way to living their best life.
