Bobbi specializes in assisting clients with nutrition challenges and sustainable weight loss solutions, especially those rooted in chronic disease or medical complications such as insulin resistance, hormonal imbalance, and menopausal symptoms. She also supports GI conditions. Bobbi leads patients in their journey towards wellness and behavior adaptations using a non-diet approach. The mind-body connection is paramount for Bobbi as she believes a focus on whole foods, movement, and other simple lifestyle changes can bring about well-being and positivity.

As a collegiate athlete, Bobbi first discovered the degree to which fueling one’s body well can make a huge impact on athletic performance. She believes proper nutrition in combination with sleep and stress management can alter one’s health journey for life!

Bobbi earned a Master's degree in nutrition and dietetics from San Jose State University after a previous Bachelor's in psychology and Spanish from Vanderbilt University. Her internship included rotations in traditional and functional medicine as well as the CU Boulder Sports Performance department. 

 When not working, she enjoys running, skiing, playing tennis & pickleball, cooking, and watching her kids play soccer and lacrosse. She also teaches barre and yoga.
