Sports Nutrition

Nutrition Dynamix offers sport specific nutrition counseling. Your training workout is not the only key to success! What you eat before, during, and after exercise is a key component to performing to your full potential.

Do you think the diet of a runner and a baseball player are the same? Think again! Each sport has different dietary considerations based on the level of intensity and ideal body type needed. — Dana Lemke, MS, RDN, ACSM-CPT

We work with all levels of competition from weekend warriors and high school athletes to elite competitors. Our dietitians will individually assess your basal metabolic rate and individualize your macronutrient needs. We will then design a meal plan to support you in reaching your athletic goals. Our InBody scale will help us measure changes in your body fat and muscle as you work towards reaching those goals.

Track athletes

Water or specialized electrolyte drink? Stop the hydration guessing game and get your sweat tested! Two athletes can sweat the same amount, but have very different composition of sodium and other electrolytes. By measuring your sweat composition, we can recommend the best hydration plan to help you preform your best.

If you'd like to take your performance to the next level, check out our Elite Athlete Package which combines diet counseling and meal planning along with blood and sweat testing!
