Brad has over a decade of experience in the areas of fitness, culinary food, and clinical nutrition. He earned his Master’s degree in dietetics from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and went on to work in outpatient counseling at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in both the heart/vascular and primary care clinics.

He has supported a wide range of patients including those with heart conditions, cancer, diabetes, and weight management. Brad also has a passion for helping adapt diets to maximize sports and performance following an internship at the University of Nebraska’s athletic program.

He uses motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy to help patients confront barriers that can often hinder their success. Brad focuses on achieving long term success and supporting your health using realistic goals that won’t overwhelm you.

In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking, fly fishing, and snowboarding with his wife and two dogs. Any given day, he is likely to be cooking new recipes, managing his large vegetable garden, or tending to his bonsai tree collection.
