Stephen Menyhart RDN

Stephen is a calm, compassionate clinician who helps adults, adolescents, and children examine their unique challenges from a different perspective. He strives to help each client meet their personal goals, while maintaining an open, creative, and light-hearted approach. He loves to help people thrive.

He specializes in all types of disordered eating patterns and is a certified specialist in ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). Stephen also works with children who are “picky eaters” as well as clients on the neurodiversity spectrum to help understand how this can affect the perception and experience of food. His experience working with clients of all ages helps him excel in communication to work around difficult family dynamics.

Stephen holds degrees in culinary nutrition from Johnson & Wales University and completed his dietetic internship through Utah State University.

Prior to becoming an outpatient RDN, he spent many years working in high-end restaurants in Chicago and London as well as school nutrition programs in Boulder County. His experience teaching food preparation, ingredient exploration, and culinary techniques to all ages is an asset to his counseling.

Stephen lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and two teenagers where they explore the great outdoors as often as possible.
