Jenica is passionate about helping clients lead healthier lives by taking time to understand each person’s unique health concerns. She supports and empowers her patients to reach their nutrition goals using a non-diet approach and translates nutrition into simple, actionable steps.
She earned her bachelor's degree in nutrition at La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA where she also completed her dietetic internship. She went on to receive her masters degree at the University of Alabama. Jenica focuses on keeping people healthy and preventing chronic conditions through the aging process. She is passionate about prenatal nutrition and loves working in the area of women’s health.
Jenica lives in Longmont with her husband and border collie, Winston. She loves being outdoors hiking, running, skiing, and taking long walks around Longmont. When not outside, she enjoys reading, board games and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
