- 1 pound cheese tortellini
- 8 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 4 zucchinis, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Cook tortellini as directed on package.
- Heat tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, basil, and oregano in a medium skillet 3 to 5 minutes until zucchini is tender.
- Stir in tortellini, cooking 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
