This Sunshine Smoothie Bowl is brilliant green color and packed with healthy fat from avocado and chia seeds.
Yield:4 servings 1x
2 cups coconut water
2 avocados pitted and peeled
4 cups spinach
1/4 cup chia seeds
4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Place coconut water, avocado, spinach, chia and
pineapple into a high performance blender. Make
sure the lid is secure and blend for 1 minute. Stop
blending and use a wooden spoon to push the
ingredients down closer to blades. Continue to
blend as needed. Add a few teaspoons of water if
needed to reach desired consistency.
