Ingredients

  • 1 pound cheese tortellini
  • 8 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 zucchinis, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 12 teaspoon dried basil
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 14 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini as directed on package.
  2. Heat tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, basil, and oregano in a medium skillet 3 to 5 minutes until zucchini is tender.
  3. Stir in tortellini, cooking 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
