Ingredients

- 2 avocados
- 1 cup kidney beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 8 slices multigrain bread
- Mash the avocado and beans together in a bowl. Add lemon juice and pepper.
- Toast the bread and spread the avocado mixture evenly on it. Top with tomato.
