Blueberry Winter Warming Smoothie

Ingredients

Instructions

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

3/4 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup raw spinach

1/2 cup cucumber

1/4 teaspoon grated ginger

2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 splash vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour blended smoothie into a drinking glass and enjoy!
